Progress of the Website!

Hello to all Medical Assistants! The website has come a long way since it was first created nearly a year ago. I, as your moderator of this website, would like to thank all of you who have made suggestions and let me know what you wanted to see on the website. I have enjoyed the time it has taken to make this website fully functional, and it has been interesting to see the locations of people who are visiting this site.

While going through the traffic data for the site, I saw many interesting things and wanted to share them with you.I have been tracking the dates and cities that have been accessing the SDSMA website, and found that not only has the website affected those in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa, but has gone world-wide. SDSMA has had visitors from New Delhi and Gurgaon in India and Pelotas in Brazil. Other states that have visited include Tennessee, Arizona,Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, Maryland, North Dakota, and Georgia. There have been a total of one hundred fifty-three visitors to the website since October, fifty-seven percent of those visitors are new, and forty-three percent are returning. Ninety-seven percent of the visitors were in the United States, and the remaining three percent between Brazil and India*.
